1. What we are
We are an independent buying guide and a direct sourcing service. We are not basetao.net, Superbuy, Yupoo or any agent platform, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by them. Brand names on this site are referenced for identification only and remain the property of their respective owners.
2. Quotes and orders
Quotes provided on WhatsApp are estimates valid at the time given and may change with supplier pricing, weight, courier surcharges and exchange rates. An order is confirmed only when payment is received and we acknowledge it.
3. Payment
We accept PayPal (+8%), Western Union (0%), USDT (+3%) and MoneyGram. Surcharges reflect processor costs. Prices are in USD unless stated.
4. Quality control
We provide a 360° QC video of your item before shipping for your approval. Once you approve and the item ships, it is considered accepted subject to the remedies below.
5. Shipping, customs and duties
We ship by DHL, FedEx or UPS. Transit times are estimates. You are responsible for any import duties, taxes or fees levied by your country. As of 2026, the $800 US de minimis exemption has ended and most parcels from China attract duty or a flat fee; the EU charges VAT over €150 and the UK over £135. We declare parcels accurately and estimate landed cost in good faith, but final charges are set by your customs authority, not by us.
6. Returns, defects and refunds
If an item is materially defective or not what you approved in the QC video, we will arrange a replacement or refund. Because you approve each item before shipping, change-of-mind returns after dispatch are generally not possible due to international shipping costs.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for customs seizures resulting from prohibited items or inaccurate information you provide.
8. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring the items you order may lawfully be imported into your country, and for providing an accurate shipping address.
9. Changes
We may update these terms; the date above reflects the latest version. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
